Boxers in Need

Please visit our Dogs in Need page to see the current list of dogs awaiting foster homes. These dogs are in very real danger of being euthanized if we are unable to provide them with an appropriate foster home within the timeframe allotted by the shelter!

Please consider opening your home to a boxer in need by applying to foster TODAY!

Make Your Mark on the Park!

Western El Dorado Country CA recently opened its first off-leash dog park. You can leave your “mark on the park,” which will help raise money for grading of the land, fencing, a cooling station, benches and more, by participating in their “Buy-A-Brick” program. All bricks will be placed in the park for all to see.

Tribute bricks are a great way to memorialize your four-legged family members and are available until the end of 2015.

Visit the El Dorado Dog Owners Guild for complete details.

Our Mission: Leave No Boxer Behind.

NorCal Boxer Rescue provides a temporary sanctuary for boxers in need throughout California. Boxers come to us from shelters and from owners who are no longer able to care for them. We provide these animals with veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, a microchip, a temporary foster home at a private residence, lots of love, and placement into a carefully screened home forever.

NCBR is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is run entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers who have an unmatched love for preserving this wonderful breed. If you have a heart for animals, we invite you get involved in whatever capacity you can.
