Female to Female Placements

We do not adopt any of our female boxers into a home where other female dogs reside due to dominance issues and fighting. This policy was put into place to increase our chances of successful placements

Area's Served

We do not adopt out of state, with the only exception being the Reno area. We do not adopt south of Fresno as we do not have the resources to perform home checks in the Southern California area.

Cats, Cats, Cats!

If you are looking to adopt a boxer from NCBR and also own a cat, please be aware that currently none of our foster families own cats. Due to lack of kitty contact our foster boxers have we can not guarantee that any of our dogs will get along with kitty. Therefore, when adopting you must be willing and able to work with your new boxer to ensure both cat and dog can live together in harmony. Please read our article "Introducing Fido to Fluffy".
