There is not one position in this organization that is overlooked, we need
each to function fully and effectively. However, there is one especially
important job that must be handled with professionalism and dedication.
Our Shelter Coordinator is Deborah Fitzpatrick. She reaches out to all of
the local and not so local Texas area shelters in order to build
relationships and strengthen communication so that we may be more
effective in helping all of the boxers in need.
Deborah is an enthusiastic and compassionate woman who has taken a once
neglected job and turned it into a thriving relationship with animal
shelters. She takes her position seriously and handles it with panache. It
has been an absolute pleasure working with Deborah and we greatly
appreciate her two cats, her boxers, Duchess and Murphy (an NCBR alum) and
her husband, Skip, for being so understanding of all the boxers in need
and appreciating her volunteering some of her personal time for us. NCBR
Texas feels extraordinarily lucky to have her volunteering her time and
effort with us. Thank you Deb, on behalf of all NCBR and the many
abandoned boxers whose future you help shape back into life!!!! |
